All bed manufacturers will include their own care information with the mattresses they provide so please consult this first for detailed advice.

As a general guide however, if you have a pocket spring mattresses with natural fillings you should turn it over and around, in order to spread the wear on springs and compression of fillings, every 1-2 months. Mattresses labelled “non turn” means that they should simply be rotated from end to end (moving the foot end to the head), again every 1-2 months.

All mattresses should be maintained with regular cleaning. Vacuuming with an upholstery brush at least once a month will help keep dust, fibre and dirt build ups to a minimum and prolong the life of your mattress, as well as keeping it hygienic and healthy.
