We have recently made it possible to order our fabrics as made to measure curtains, roman blinds, cushions and tiebacks. If we have stock of the particular fabric that you'd like to order then we will be able to turn that fabric into a made to measure item for you.
To check if this option is available you just need to look on the product page of the fabric you are interested in. On the product page you should see options for Fabric, Curtains, Blinds and Accessories. Simply select Curtains or Blinds, enter the size you require and then press Calculate Price to receive a price. Under the Accessories option we also have Tiebacks and Cushion Covers available.
If the above options are not available on the fabric product page then unfortunately we can't make that fabric into curtains or blinds at present.
However, if you're interested in roman blinds then we offer roman blind kits here, which can be used alongside fabric to make your own roman blind. This option may be of use if you having any crafting or sewing experience. If so here is a guide which you may find useful.
Yes, all of our fabrics are supplied in a single continuous length. So for example, if you order 12 metres of fabric then you will receive a continuous length of fabric with no joins that is 12 metres long.
For longer lengths of fabric (more than 25 metres) then your order may come in two pieces. If this will be an issue for your project then please contact us before placing your order.
Unfortunately we only sell our fabrics in full metres, so you would need to round up to the nearest metre when ordering one of our fabrics. For example, if you need 2.5 metres then please order 3 metres instead. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Calculating how much fabric you need for your project can be quite tricky. That is why on the product page of all of our fabrics we have a fabric calculator that makes this really simple for you.
If you follow the steps on this calculator and enter your required curtain or roman blind sizes, then the calculator will take into account fabric width, pattern repeats, joins and hems to give you an accurate measurement of how much fabric you will need.

In the event that a product is out of stock we endeavour to show a stock due date on the product page. This date comes directly from the supplier and is the best, most relevant and most up to date information we have regarding when a product will be back in stock.

In that case on the product page there will be the option to be notified when the item is back in stock. Normally our made to measure blinds ship in 10-14 working days, however we endeavour to display accurate dispatch estimates on all of our made to measure items. These estimates are provided directly from our manufacturing parters, so vary from product to product. Unfortunately, we do not offer samples of our ready made curtains, blinds or other ready made products. These items are all covered by our no quibble refund guarantee so that in the event they are not acceptable you can return them for a full refund.
We only offer samples of our fabrics, made to measure curtains and made to measure blinds. You can order up to 8 samples free of charge.
Simply navigate to the item you are interested in. If samples are available for that product, you will see a button marked "Free Sample" on the page. Select this option and the sample will be added to the shopping basket.
Request all the samples you require in this way, and once you have selected all you need, select checkout, where you will be prompted to enter your details. Once you have successfully completed this section, you will receive an order confirmation, and your samples will be shipped in a day or two.

Each of these manufacturers has different track depths so before placing an order it is worth reviewing the tracks available to see whether they are right for your window. If you're choosing a PVC Track such as Swish Sologlyde, Swish Deluxe or Harrison & Drape Standard Drape, you will notice they come in select sizes varying from 120cm up to 250cm. If your window is wider than 250cm, then don’t panic, all our PVC tracks can be joined together. Just purchase two tracks, plus one of our joining splices and your set to go. We realise that looking for samples to find that ideal colour and fabric for new curtains or blinds to add the finishing touches to your home is an exciting time.
To help you make the right choice we make the first 8 samples completely free and in the majority of cases, this number will be sufficient to base a buying decision upon.
Please be aware, if you order more than 8 samples then you may have to pay a shipping surcharge. This also applies if you place multiple orders and exceed the 8 sample limit over consecutive orders. This quota of 8 free samples resets should you make a purchase.
In order to ensure you order, and receive the correct samples, all samples requests must be submitted online.
The reason for this is that when you receive your samples in the post, you will also receive the product codes for the product, so that should you wish to order the fabric, you will be able to order the correct design and colour to match the sample.

Yes, you may be able to cancel your order providing that the order has not been dispatched, or the production process has not begun.
Made to measure items that have already gone into production may not be eligible for cancellation, and the same applies for fabric orders that have already been cut. So if you have ordered a made to measure curtain, blind or fabric then we will need to check with our manufacturing partners before confirming whether a cancellation is possible. For more information please see our returns information regarding made to measure and fabric items.
If we have not dispatched your order then it may be possible to add to your order.
However we can only add non custom items to your order. If we are able to add items, we will hold your order, and add on the items you require. We will then email you to let you know we have added the items to your order and send you a link from our website asking you to pay any balance owing, or we will refund any overpayment.
If there is a balance to pay, as soon as you have paid that balance, you must reply to our original email to confirm this, and we will release your order for processing.
Please note that if your order has been dispatched we will be unable to amend or add to your order and you will need to place a fresh order.

Currently we are not part of the Retail Export Scheme, and so unfortunately are not able to refund VAT on overseas and Channel island purchases. Should you wish to reclaim VAT then you would need to enquire how you can do this directly with HMRC.
We are currently only able to ship to addresses in mainland UK. We are therefore currently unable to ship to destinations outside these areas.
