Our free shipping is simple. Curtains, Bedding and other small items ship free over £75. Simply add qualifying items to cart to the value of £75 or more and you'll see free delivery automatically applied in cart.
Bulky items like fabric Poles and Tracks, delivery is free over £150.

For a number of in stock items (such as Fabric, Bedding and Curtains) you are able to get them delivered Next Day. Simply order before 3pm and choose Premium next day at checkout.

The first payment is collected when the order is shipped. The remaining two will be automatically collected in 30 and 60 days.

We have a 'Track Your Order' page, where you can enter your order number and email address and track the status of your order. A link to this page can be found at the bottom of our website or by pressing the button below.
If you are unsure of your order number then it will be provided within your order confirmation email or you can locate it by logging onto our site and going to your account page. Even if you placed your order as a guest then you can still create an account and find the order number from a previous order.
When your order is shipped you will also receive an email including a tracking number. With this number you will be able to check the status of your order directly with the carrier who is handling the shipment. (Note that you will not be able to track items shipped via Royal Mail).
We use the most appropriate carrier to deliver your goods to you - our main carrier is currently FedEx. However depending upon the items that you have ordered we may use an alternative carrier.
To return items then please use our returns portal by pressing the button below. The majority of items are covered by our no quibble returns policy and may be returned to us for a full refund of the items returned. Full details of return options are also provided on our returns portal.
