Choose your return delivery method:

I’ll return the item with Evri (purchase collection request from the Evri website, returns cost not refunded)

You can either select drop off or collection using Evri, depending on the type of item being returned.

The collection option means Evri will collect the parcel from a specified address and return it back to us within 3-4 days.

I’ll return the item using a carrier of my choice (returns cost not refunded)

Alternatively you are free to return items to us via a courier or delivery service of your choice (e.g. Royal Mail) and the above options are only our recommended services.

Should you choose to use an alternative courier we advise that you use a tracked service to ensure both ourselves and you can confirm that we have received the return safely.

Also be aware that not all courier services may be insured against damage as standard.

Sorry – We are unable to provide a collection service from this region with our carriers

We cannot provide a return service with our carriers, but this link will help you to search for a carrier who can. Search for carrier service from Ireland to Mainland UK

Once you have selected and booked a carrier service for your parcel – please follow the self return method

We're sorry you have received a faulty/damaged product and not to our usual standard.

Please contact us using the button below, providing images of the faulty/damaged item. The images will speed up the process allowing us to confirm that the item is faulty/damaged, then we may be able to arrange a free return.

Print & complete your Terrys Return Form

Return the item using Evri

Visit our Evri return portal, by clicking this button:
Enter your order ID, email address and then follow all the steps to confirm your return (including parcel size, return method, collection date, etc.)

Please Note: You will need a unique label for every parcel you are returning. Please review the couriers process for more information.
When the booking has been completed with Evri you will receive email confirmation, which will include information on how to prepare your parcel for collection.
Package your product(s) up and mark the Terrys Fabrics Return address clearly on the inside of the product. Ensure that you include the completed Terrys Fabrics Return Form in the parcel with your goods.

Please complete the returns form above which has all the information on what to include with your return.

You’ll need the following information to complete this form:

- The Terry’s Fabrics Web Reference / Order Number.
- The product name of the item(s) you are returning.
- A reason for return – the Return codes are detailed on the form

The parcel will then be collected at the date and address you have chosen.

Now get your parcel ready to go

Put your unused item back in its original packaging.
Place your completed returns form with the item and parcel them both up together.

Return the item using your own chosen delivery method

Package your product(s) up and mark the Terrys Fabrics Return address clearly on the side of the product. Ensure that you include the completed Returns Form in the parcel with your goods.

Attach your carrier label to your parcel and drop-off/await pickup as the carrier has instructed.

When your parcel/package has been received/processed here at our returns centre (please allow 2 working days from receipt) you will receive an email from us to inform you about your refund.
