Delivery Charges

Depending on the item, and in order to keep shipping charges to a minimum, goods will be dispatched by either FedEx (our nominated carrier company) or Royal Mail for items small enough to fit through a letter box. When items are shipped, we will email details of the method of shipment, and also details of any tracking number that you may use to track the delivery of your order, together with details of our tracking service. We offer Free Delivery on orders over £100, when dispatched to the UK Mainland!

All shipping times stated are from dispatch and can be delivered on a working day (Mondays to Fridays are working days, excluding bank holidays). We do not offer weekend deliveries due to the prohibitive cost. We will provide shipping numbers and tracking details for all deliveries and delivery times for these items will be the same as with our main carrier. Should you be out when the carrier attempts delivery, a card will be left giving details of your collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the goods yourself.

Important: Please ensure that you have your items shipped to an address where there will be someone to sign for the parcel, as it will not be possible to deliver the parcel without a signature. You must ensure you are available at your chosen delivery address to receive the goods.
