If you see either a number of items in stock, or simply In Stock this means that we have these items on hand in our warehouse and they can be shipped out the same day if you order before 2.00pm*
Where your basket consists of all stocked items we display the option to select a next day delivery service. If you have ordered your item before the daily cut off time your order will be delivered next working day!*
* 24 hour carrier service does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. Place your order by 2.00pm for the order to be dispatched same day.
Simply add your item to cart to the value of £100 or more and you'll see the free shipping automatically applied in cart.
Please note that some exclusions apply, see below:
Free shipping is not available on items that require a two-man delivery service (such as large furniture items).
This offer applies to Mainland UK shipping addresses. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and other out of zone addresses are excluded from this offer and will attract a surcharge. See our Standard Shipping Charges for more information.
All refunds must be made to the credit or debit card used to make the payment at the time of purchase. We endeavour to make all refunds to your credit card or PayPal account within 2 working days of receiving the refunded items.
Please note, this does no include your bank's processing time.
On the date the refund is completed, we'll send you an e-mail message confirming the date, amount, and payment details.
If you placed an order using a credit or debit card then the amount of the refund will be sent to your credit or debit card statement within 3 to 5 working days.
Terry's Fabrics is required to process all refunds to the original payment method applied when you placed your order.
This regardless of whether the payment card used has no expired, or your account has been closed or cancelled. Normally, in this case a refund will automatically be processed to the same account, but we may require additional information from you in order to do this.
In the event this is not possible our customer service team will make suitable alternative arrangements.
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information, see Your Statutory Rights.
If you are cancelling your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
If 6 business days have passed since you received a refund confirmation e-mail, please contact us.
We will confirm the return status and provide a refund reference number, which your bank can use to track the payment.
Returned or rejected refunds will be reissued by Bank Transfer or Gift Certificate. We may require additional information from you in this regard.
