Our free shipping is simple. Curtains, Bedding and other small items ship free over £75. Simply add qualifying items to cart to the value of £75 or more and you'll see free delivery automatically applied in cart.
Bulky items (like fabric, poles and tracks) delivery is free over £150, and for made to measure items delivery is free over £175.

At Terrys, our customer’s expectations are very important to us. We go to every effort to present our products on our site to the best that we can. We offer many of the goods with multiple images, descriptions of the product and we try to accurately colour the goods on screen to the actual product.
In some product categories we offer a sample service, we highly recommend that you use this where possible before making your purchase.

You can return the goods yourself or you can use our subsidised returns service. We do not offer a free returns service at present.

Please note all returns can only be accepted when sent back with the original packaging and they should be returned in a saleable condition. Please ensure the outer packaging is sufficient. We recommend returning goods in the same outer packaging as we sent them to you.
Should the products arrive damaged please contact us ASAP. We will normally ask for images to be sent to speed up the return and replace service, and any return costs for damaged items will of course be our responsibility.

We offer a free sampling service for these products to allow you to check the colour of products before purchase, as all monitors show colour differently.
We can only accept returns for colour variance where the product differs in colour from our supplied sample.
We process all refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and you will receive a notification email confirming your refund once made.
