About Terrys

Established in 1970, Terrys has successfully grown from humble foundations to the flourishing business that it is today. We pride ourselves in being a family business that has developed on the principles of providing the highest quality service, best selection of home furnishings and most importantly excellent customer satisfaction. This principle remains today as we strive to provide the finest range of fabrics, window treatments and soft furnishings at the value our customers appreciate.

We have a strong basis of keeping our sourcing local. To do this we use predominantly UK wholesalers, whilst also seeking and sourcing various products internationally to ensure that we can provide the best value within the marketplace. To ensure our swift service, we have a large purpose-built warehouse located in Staffordshire with an impressive range of products. With over 4,000 fabrics available at all times, Terrys is one of the biggest fabric stores in the UK. We also hold a huge stock of readymade curtains, bedding and accessories so that we can provide the quickest and most efficient service as possible for our customers.

Terrys is a strong retail business which has been established through our successful Stoke-on-Trent store. Moreover, here at Terrys we have continually invested to create a market leading site with innovative technology – giving our customers the opportunity to see our products in their home through our ViSULiZR app. Without our returning and new customers Terrys would not be where it is today. 24 hour delivery available

All you have to do is order before 2pm Sunday to Thursday, and choose 24 hour delivery
You should then receive your parcel the very next day
24 hour delivery is from the day of dispatch and does not cover weekends and bank holidays
If items are not in stock or display a processing time this will affect delivery dates

FedEx & Evri Delivery

Once your order is shipped we send you an email to confirm this
You also receive an email from couriers with a unique link to track your order
You can just click this link and be taken directly to the tracking portal and see exactly where your parcel is

No quibble returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase then you may return it (at your own cost) within 28 days
