How To Fit No Drill Roman Blinds
Important Notes Before You Begin
Always read these instructions fully before fitting or operating your blind.
Handle your blind with care when unpacking — do not use knives or sharp tools.
No Drill Tolerances
Not all windows are perfectly square, for any that taper inwards at the bottom of the window by more than 10mm (1cm) then no drill blinds will not be suitable. For example if the top of your window is 120cm but the bottom of your window is less that 119cm then you won't be able to fit no drill blinds within your window. For windows that taper outwards this isn't an issue, and no drill blinds would still be suitable.

No-Drill Roman Blind Installation
The No Drill system is created for those that do not have a drill, Cannot drill in a wall or find the whole idea of fitting a blind daunting.
Before starting, please ensure that you are capable of holding the blind and twisting the locking mechanism. Plus, make sure the space is clear and that there is nothing on the window seal or surrounding areas. If you are concerned about holding and twisting the blind then ask a friend or family to assist. Fitting time is less than 5 minutes!
First, verify your mounting surface: the recess must be a suitable, solid substrate. The no-drill system will not work on flexible surfaces, such as plasterboard without a strong backing, as it won't withstand the necessary pressure.
Step 1: Insert the Blind
Place the plunger end of the headrail into the window recess. Apply pressure to depress the plunger, then gently ease the opposite end of the blind into the recess until it is fully housed.

Step 2: Position and Check Clearance
Move the blind to its final desired position inside the recess. Before locking, confirm that the blind is positioned far enough away from any potential obstructions (like handles or vents).

Step 3: Access the Locking Mechanism
On the plunger side, slightly peel back the fabric from the headrail to expose the locking hole. Insert the supplied locking key into this hole.

Step 4: Engage the Lock
Gently turn the locking key toward the wall until you hear a clear "click." This indicates the mechanism is secure. Stop turning immediately after the click to prevent damage. Note: Turn anti-clockwise if the plunger is on the left; turn clockwise if the plunger is on the right.

Step 5: Secure the Chain
Ensure the operating chain is correctly seated inside the P-Clip. Remove the adhesive backing and firmly press the P-Clip onto the wall. Position it as far as possible from the control mechanism to guarantee the chain remains taut and safe.
