1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?

There is a strong presence of nature in our designs. Alongside a bold contemporary approach this creates our unique style, interpreted by our ten designers in their own ways.

2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?

Getting to know the client's background is essential. Narrowing down the alternative ways to go makes the design process easier and more effective. Moodboards are a common starting point.

3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?

The world is full of great designers and everybody has their own favorites. Working in a studio of ten designers offers us a chance to work with great creative people. We work on developing as a collective, but also as individual designers. This is actually great: instead of competing, we support each other! We give each other constructive criticism to encourage progress and new ways of thinking.

4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?

We constantly — consciously or unconsciously — seek for ideas and inspiration. We have very different styles and ways of working, so what works for one does not necessarily work for another.

5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?

Realizing that we could unite our differences to become stronger was a turning point. Instead of working individually as competitors, we have multiplied our networks and developed as designers with each others´ support. When working as a designer, it is good to think that there is always something new to learn.
