Striped Roman Blinds

Allow your home to earn its stripes with the glamorous and timeless addition of striped Roman blinds. This collection offers an effortless way to dress your windows while maximizing privacy and enhancing light control. Stripes are a designers favourite for their ability to alter the perception of a room; vertical stripes elongate a space to make ceilings feel taller, while horizontal lines can make a narrow window appear much wider.

Selecting a grey striped Roman blind provides a sophisticated, neutral foundation that anchors a modern interior. For those looking to inject more energy into their decor, a green striped Roman blind brings a fresh, botanical feel indoors, while a pink striped Roman blind adds a soft, playful warmth to bedrooms or nurseries. These striped Roman blinds are available in various widths, allowing you to choose between bold, wide stripes for a contemporary look or delicate pinstripes for a more traditional aesthetic.

Our striped Roman blind range includes opulent options from iconic brands like Laura Ashley, perfect for creating a luxurious focal point. Beyond their visual appeal, these blinds provide a neat, uncluttered appearance that keeps your living space feeling organized and airy. For a cohesive interior, consider layering these patterns with different textures in your home decor, such as contrasting cushions or throws, to create a rich and inviting atmosphere.

Striped Roman Blinds: FAQs

What Fabric Do Your Pair with Striped Roman Blinds?

When deciding on fabrics to pair with striped Roman blinds, solid textures like linen or velvet are excellent choices. A plain, heavy-weight curtain fabric in a colour that matches one of the stripes helps to frame the window without competing for attention. If you want to mix patterns, small-scale floral prints can work well, provided the colour palette remains consistent. This creates a balanced look that prevents the room from feeling overly structured.

Do Striped Roman Blinds Make a Room Look Bigger?

Yes, striped Roman blinds are a powerful tool for creating the illusion of space. Because the eye naturally follows the direction of the lines, these blinds can effectively "stretch" the dimensions of your window. Light-coloured striped Roman blind designs are particularly effective at opening up smaller rooms by reflecting natural light and maintaining a clean, streamlined aesthetic. Whether you aim for height or width, a striped Roman blind is a smart choice for improving the overall proportions of your living area.
