1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?

My style is elegance, which I can interpret in any genre of design. Details are of the essence in my aesthetic.

2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?

I always design using AutoCAD. I love to look at the raw space and imagine what it can become.

3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?

There are so many people I respect and admire that it’s impossible to choose a single person. Instead, here are the traits they have in common. “Can’t” is not a word in their vocabulary. Creativity is backed up by problem-solving, goal-setting, and the sincere desire to make every project their best ever. They are collegial and share information freely. They are lifelong learners.

4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?

I begin at and I search key words that describe the elements which will define my design. The photographs that pop up get my creative juices flowing every time.

5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?

I scare myself silly every day by my willingness to fail in order to achieve. My advice for others is extremely practical. Creatives are often blind to the business skills needed to succeed. Take classes on marketing, social media, accounting, software and other business-related subjects any time you can.
