Product Issues

We are sorry you have had an issue with your items, and we will address this for you as quickly as we can. If you click on the button below you will be directed to a portal where you can notify us of the issue you have had and upload images of the problem. We will then resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Return Items

Returning Products is easy. Simply use our returns portal by clicking on the link below which will take you to our portal, that will give you all the information that you need in order to return your unwanted items.

If you have damaged or faulty item issue, please click on this link and follow the instructions provided.

Missing Items

Please be aware that to get your order to you as quicky as possible, your order may be delivered in more than one parcel. The easiest way to check if this is the case, is to see if there are any items missing from the delivery note that you have received in your delivery. If you have received everything from this delivery note, then you should receive a second parcel with the remaining items.

If you wish to find the tracking information for your remaining items, please click the button below to go to our tracking portal; where you can find information about the remaining items from your order.

If the delivery note inlcudes items that haven't been delivered, then please accept our apologies and click on the link below to be directed to a page where our customer service chat will open on the right hand side. Type in “Missing Items” and the chat will take you through the steps to confirm the missing items.

Exchange Items

At present we only offer an exchange service when swapping for a different size of the same product. If you want to exchange for a different product, at present the only option is to return the unwanted items, and then place a fresh order for the items you require.
