1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?

My personal style is rooted in cleaner lines, neutral colors and layers of texture with a foundation in high-quality upholstery. However, when I work with clients my main goal is to bring their style and vision to life.

2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?

My favorite way to “read a client’s mind” is to explore their pinterest boards. Even if they don’t specifically pin about interiors, you’d be surprised what you can find out about someone’s style.

3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?

Both my mother and grandmother are interior designers and watching them work over the years has been an invaluable education.

4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?

Traveling is my favorite way to become inspired. Immersing myself and learning about other places, times and cultures always gives me a new, fresh perspective.

5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?

Hard work and a refusal to give up, even when I fail. My best advice for anyone starting a small business is to never be afraid of failure, it’s essential to building your foundation and learning your own strengths and weaknesses.
