For quick and easy returns it is often easier to use our FedEx pickup service. To use this service simply package your product up and mark the Terry Fabrics return address clearly on the side of the package. Including your origonal order receipt will help speed up the returns process. Then select the number of parcels that require collecting, and click add to basket, and pay for your return.
You will get an order confirmation from our website, confirming your purchase of the return shipping. Collection dates are set as next day collection automatically, between 8am-5pm. Returns placed after 4pm will be scheduled for one day after tomorrow, between 8am-5pm. For weekends and bank holidays the next available working day will be set as your collection date.
If you are unsure, then collection dates are set automatically and clearly stated at the top of the page. So please check you are happy with the given collection date before placing your return. We will email you to confirm the booking of your collection, following which FedEx will send and email with a link for you to download and print out a label to attach to your return parcels.
Please note it is not possible to use this service unless you have access to a printer to print out the returns label as FedEx will not accept a parcel without a shipping label. This service is only available for collections from Mainland UK and Northern Ireland It it not possible to specify a time for the collection, and collections will normally be collected between 8am and 5.30pm. We always suggest you use your work address or use a home address where someone will be in all day.
