Who Is Flaming June?
When we, or the weathermen, say Flaming June we think Summer has arrived, and yet it's the name of a painting by Sir Frederic Leighton. Considered to be Leighton's magnum opus, the painting depicts a woman dress in a flowing orange dress curled up sleeping. The orange hues are probably what gives the painting's title the association to warm weather, as such, you can use this gorgeous colour to bring warmth into your home.
