Our free shipping is simple. Curtains, Bedding and other small items ship free over £75. Simply add qualifying items to cart to the value of £75 or more and you'll see free delivery automatically applied in cart.
Bulky items like fabric Poles and Tracks, delivery is free over £150.

For a number of in stock items (such as Fabric, Bedding and Curtains) you are able to get them delivered Next Day. Simply order before 3pm and choose Premium next day at checkout.

The first payment is collected when the order is shipped. The remaining two will be automatically collected in 30 and 60 days.

Unfortunately due to changes in the credit card regulations, we no longer take credit card details over the telephone, and all orders must be placed online.
The reason for this is that the internet is now a more secure place to pay for your goods, as we never actually get your credit card details. All your credit card details are entered into Sage Pay's own website who then process and store all your details in their data centre. We only get the payment and a reference to deal with queries.
Therefore all your credit card data is stored on Sage Pay's super-secure servers, and not us, as we feel this is the most secure option.
We also accept payments through PayPal, so if you have an account you can enter your details and the payment will come from your account or you can also pay by card using the PayPal system, even if you are not registered with them.
Yes, you can cancel any order placed with Terry’s Fabrics providing that the order has not been dispatched, or the production process has not begun, in the case of made to measure or fabric items.
In order to check the status of an order simply log into your account, and select the “Orders History” tab which will give you details of all the orders you have placed with Terry’s Fabrics together with the status.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us.
For made to measure or fabric items we will be unable to cancel the order once it has started production or has been cut. Please see our returns information regarding made to measure and fabric items.
An email of confirmation will be sent to you shortly after you have placed your order, which includes all of the details regarding the order.
We advise you to carefully check over the information on the order to ensure everything is correct, including the items ordered, quantities of each item and the billing and delivery address.
Payment will be taken from your account as soon as you have placed your order, and completed your payment details.
If you have made a purchase but are unsure of your order number, then all you need to do is login to your account here. Once logged in, a list of previous purchases (and order numbers) can be found on this page.
Should you not have account then please create an account here, using the email address that you used to place your order. Once you've done that any orders you have made in the past (using that email address) will be saved to your new account and you will be able to find the order number for any purchase that you have made with that email address.
