How do I track my delivery?

We have a 'Track Your Order' page, where you can enter your order number and email address and track the status of your order. A link to this page can be found at the bottom of our website or by clicking this link.

If you are unsure of your order number then it will be provided within your order confirmation email or you can locate in by logging onto our site, using this help article

When your order is shipped you will also receive an email including a tracking number. With this number you will be able to check the status of your order directly with the carrier who is handling the shipment. (Note that you will not be able to track items shipped via Royal Mail).

We use the most appropriate carrier to deliver your goods to you - our main carrier is currently FedEx. However depending upon the items that you have ordered we may use an alternative carrier.
