How do I return my items?

For ready made items please use our returns portal, as well as the returns advice below. For fabrics please see this help article instead.

Ready made items are covered by our no quibble returns policy and may be returned to us for a full refund of the items returned. We recommend the following options to return your goods back to ourselves.

Please pack up all items in the packaging they arrived in, and ensure that the goods will not be damaged in transit. Note: if items are not within their original packaging then we can only offer a 50% refund. 

Place inside the box, or attach to the outside of it a copy of the original invoice to allow us to identify your return. Clearly, mark the items you are returning to us. If you do not have a copy of the order, you can print one off from the order confirmation email you will have received when you placed your order. Alternatively follow this guide on how to locate an invoice within your account.

Option 1 – Royal Mail (for small items only)

We recommend this option for returning small items such as hooks and extra curtain rings. Simply package your goods and send to the following address:

Please note that you must be able to provide proof of delivery to us of your returns, therefore, please ensure you retain any tracking information in case we cannot locate your parcel.

Option 2 - COLLECT+ (items less than 1.2m long)

We now offer Collect+ as a service to return parcels to us at a cost of £4.49 including VAT. This is a service where you can pay for the return cost online, and then drop it off at a local convenience store at your convenience, and your items will be returned to us. Using this option our Collect+ contract ensures your return against damage.

Please ensure that your return label is printed for Collect+ as instructed on the above link, your parcel cannot be collected without this.

Option 3 – FedEx Collection Services

We can arrange for our courier FedEx to collect on standard weekdays (excluding bank holidays) and can take parcels of any size. FedEx cannot specify a collection time which can be between 8 am and 5 pm, so please ensure that you arrange for the collection on a day where you will be in all day.

Most of our customers who use this service will take the items to work as this massively reduces failed collections.

The collection cost is £6.99 per box/packet. To arrange this collection please click the link below and pay for the collection. We will proceed to book the collection with FedEx on your preferred date & you will receive an email confirmation from FedEx where you can also check and change your delivery date. A label download will be provided in this email to print and attach to your parcel. Please note it is not possible to use this service unless you have access to a printer to print out the returns label.

Please note there will be 1-2 working days allowance between the day you request and the first available date for collection to ensure we can get your parcel collection date confirmed.

Alternatively should you not have access to a printer, please do not be despondent as there are companies out there who offer returns service not requiring a label. We would suggest searching via Google for couriers who will collect without the need to print a label and then opt for the service most suitable to your requirements.

Refunds

Once the goods are received back into the warehouse we will send you a confirmation email to advise that your refund has been action-ed.
