1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?

Colourful, bright, bold and happy. I aim to create things that make people smile.

2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?

I like to create a moodboard of images to inspire me, and then I start with a little collage. Cutting up paper scraps with my scissors is always the beginning of a new design.

3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?

I work mostly on my own when designing, but I have had the opportunity to meet several amazing people doing similar things in the creative community. What I respect most is the generosity and openness of the people I have met. Everyone is so supportive of each other and their determination to work hard and meet every challenge head-on, is massively inspiring

4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?

I like to take a lot of photos of the world around me, and collect odd little scraps of paper and textures. Sometimes just seeing a particular colour combination inspires me!

5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?

I think you have to enjoy what you are doing, and keep pushing yourself to go out of your comfort zone and try something new. If you are not happy and learning new things, life and work soon get dull. I like to set goals for myself constantly so that there’s always something new on the horizon.
