PRICE MATCH CONDITIONS
You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following conditions: The terrysfabrics.co.uk price match guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and/or goods in stock or service immediately available and the product, goods and/or service is priced accurately.
Price match requests must be submitted within 21 days from the time of purchase to and must be sent to us from the product page you wish the price match on. We cannot accept product price matches in general email communications.
When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
- Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
- The terrysfabrics.co.uk price match does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
- The terrysfabrics.co.uk price match is limited to up to 21 days of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, goods or service, which must be delivered to the same address.
- The terrysfabrics.co.uk price match does not apply to sale or clearance items.
- The terrysfabrics.co.uk price match does not include any purchases made through auctions
- The terrysfabrics.co.uk price match is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom from websites based or operating from the UK.
- To avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of price match requests is ultimately at the discretion of terrysfabrics.co.uk, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
