Shopify is the platform that hosts our website, so your information needs to be saved in order to fulfil your order. Our nominated carriers require your data as well in order to deliver your order to the correct destination. However, when you have accepted our cookie preferences or opted into marketing within our checkout, we also share your personal information with non-functional business partners which include Trust Pilot and Klaviyo. Trust Pilot collects feedback from customers so that we can improve our service. Klaviyo provides our marketing and email services. We share data from our customer services activities with our GDPR compliant partners Ultimate and Freshdesk in order to help provide a better service to our customer. We only share personal data with them that is required to provide customer services you request, such as in our Live chat options to recover order information and the like. Any other data supplied to our customer service partners is anonymised. Apart from this we do not normally share your personal information with anyone else.
