Returning Items

Q: How do I return items?
A: Returning items to us is simple.

Simply pack up the items you wish to return complete with all packaging to us, with a copy of your order, showing the items you have sent back to us.

We will then refund your credit card to the value of the goods returned to us as soon as they are received by us.

Please note that when posting goods back to us, you should be able to provide proof of delivery if required.
Q: Returning a no quibble refund item?
A: Returning items which have the benefit of our no quibble refund
guarantee is simple.

Simply pack up the items you wish to return to us complete with all
original packaging, and enclose with that a copy of your original order
indicating the items which you are returning.

Return these items to the following address:

Once we receive the items back from you, then we will make the
necessary refund to your credit card.

Please note that due to the banking system, once we have issued a
refund it can take between 3 to 5 working days to appear on your
credit card statement. We will normally notify you by email once we
have performed the refund, however we ask that you forward all
further questions to your credit card company should there be any
further difficulty.
Q: Can I return fabric purchased from your website?
A: As we have to cut the fabric you require from a roll, fabric purchased from our website is not covered by our no quibble refund guarantee and is subject to a cutting charge should you wish to return fabric to us.


This surcharge is merely to cover the waste involved in cutting fabrics from rolls and therefore we strongly suggest that before ordering any fabric you take advantage of our free sampling service to ensure that the fabric is the correct colour, and is suitable for your requirements.


Should you have any queries regarding the use of fabrics from us then please feel free to contact our Customer Service team, and should you require any further information from the manufacturer we will endeavour to find that for you as quickly as possible.
