I made a mistake on my order, but you sorted it out at no extra cost - unbelievable these days. The gentleman who rang me (sorry, I had bad phone reception and did not catch his name), was very courteous and even thought to check that I had ordered the correct size lining as it was narrower than the curtain material I ordered. Impressive.
The goods arrived in perfect condition and I am very pleased with them all.

I only placed my order on Wednesday evening and it was sitting on the doorstep when I came home tonight - most impressive !

I recently placed an order for my curtains, quite a large and detailed order and I would like to stress what great members of staff you have working for you.
I have never come across a higher standard of service. Everyone I have spoken with have been extremely helpful and courteous, never rushing you, or making you feel that you are taking up too much of their time.
