Mission 2 Organize is the brainchild of Bahar Partow and Schae Lewis, CPO ®, where they offer organizing services and event planning from Chicago. Bahar and Schae first became acquainted in 2001 and immediately discovered shared interests in organizing, entertaining and socializing. 9 years later, after their friendship blossomed, they decided to establish their brand to provide clients with unique organizing solutions through a variety of de-cluttering and organizing services. 1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?
Mission 2 Organize has an eclectic style. Our professional organizers use their creativity to reinvent the items that already exist in our client’s spaces mixed with new details that pull it all together.
2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?
We start by touring the entire space so we have a complete picture of the spaces we’re working with. After all, each space inevitably leads to the next and to the next and so on.
3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?
We respect and admire our clients more than anyone. It takes a lot of courage to invite someone into your home to sort through your personal belongings. Our clients are unafraid to hire us to help them get through a life event like a marriage, new baby or cross-country move. They put their trust in us to make their goals a reality and we recognize their bravery.
4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?
The act of organizing inspires us. We are constantly learning new techniques, thinking creatively, growing as organizers and being inspired on the job. We think organizing is infectious!
5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?
Six years of hard work and sacrifice have brought us to where we are now. We did whatever it took to make it happen and we never gave up on our dream. As long as your business is growing, year after year, stick with it and give it your all. It will blossom as a result.
