1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?

My illustrations are often poetic and whimsical, inspired by my own dream like narratives.

2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?

Before I start working on a new project I usually have the mood or idea I would like to convey with the next project already in my head. I then research deeper into the topic, collect images and materials to form a mood board.

3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?

My stylist, Charlotte Love. We've worked on 2 photo shoots together and each time she brought so much out of the shoot with her creative ideas and attention to detail. She is a great person to work with.

4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?

I can get inspired at random places and times when I'm walking in a park or taking a long train journey. When I do get inspired I sketch or write my ideas down for later. Most often I will have so many ideas to choose from by the time we need to work on a new collection that it is hard for me to decide.

5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?

The support of my family and not being afraid to create something unusual no matter how hard it is to develop the product. Otherwise you ask yourself what's the point to create yet another design if they don't induce a new set of feelings or emotions in people.
