1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?

Our unique brand is made of persistent people that always try to surpass the limits: from the designers, to the craftsman, client relations team, marketing team, press relations and content managers, there’s a valuable team working hard for the brand.

2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?

My creative process is just... observing real life and getting inspired by what I see, feel and live. Travelling is one of the things that helps me a lot.

3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?

Chris Bangle, Tom Ford, Steve Jobs and Cristiano Ronaldo. They are unique people that always tried to overcome themselves, no matter what.

4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?

Inspiration comes from the simple things but music always works well, perhaps because it gives me the mood to do the next thing.

5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?

My career kick-started when I designed a table for Boca do Lobo (Royal table, Limited Edition) that was selected to be displayed at Maison & Objet 2010 as a trend for that year. In the same month, I was promoted to the head designer at Delightfull | Unique lamps, and specialised in lighting design since then. From that time to now I’ve learned a lot and accomplished many things, like now to be at the 50 Shades of Grey Movie is really a big moment for me so more than designing a product, my proudest career achievement is to see DelightFULL growing not only in staff but also in world presence. For me it is essential to never forget this motto: treat people in the same way you would like to be treated yourself.
