1) In your own words describe your unique style and creative aesthetic?

My style is a mix of classic, traditional and contemporary with a dash of glam thrown in now and then. I like my spaces to feel comfortable, inviting, and refined, but never overdone.

2) When starting a new project, what is your creative process?

When working on a new project, the first thing I do is get to know my client so that I understand their likes and dislikes. I also need to understand the space and how they want it to function. This voyage of discovery is what allows me create a room that expresses the client's personality and works with their lifestyle.

3) Out of the creative people you have worked with, who is it that you respect and admire the most?

My daughter. She has an innate sense of design, fabulous style and the most wonderful imagination.

4) When looking for inspiration is there a particular thing you do to get inspired?

Most often, I look through magazines and online for images that speak to me. However, I sometimes find inspiration in unexpected places. I usually have a feel for what I want and finding just the right inspiration opens my mind and really gets the creative juices flowing.

5) What has brought you to this point in your career? And what is your advice for people looking to follow in your footsteps?

I've loved decorating and organizing since I was a little girl playing with my dolls. So it was pretty much in the cards that I'd be doing this. I really enjoy helping people create a beautiful and organized space that they love to come home to. My first bit of advice is if you're passionate about it, then just do it. Don't let anything stand in your way. Secondly, always be open and ready to learn something new.
