60 minute makeover 4: 3 different looks for 3 different rooms

This 60 Minute Makeover video covers 3 rooms, showing how drab, dull and outdated interiors can be transformed into 3 very chic and stylish rooms.

Main Bedroom

A quick glimpse is all you need to see the dramatic change in this bedroom. Using sensual dark and cream colour combinations the team turned this bedroom into a luxurious and very glamorous room which offered a place to relax and be pampered. By using coordinating dramatic Jet curtain fabric with the bedding a sense of real style was easily achieved. The full length curtains were hung from a stylish chrome Nikola pole to compliment the style and feel of the room.

Dining Room

Like many of us the recipient simply didn't have the funds for a dining room table and chairs, so the room was just being used as a toy storage space. De-cluttered and the team moved in to create a sophisticated room which oozed style. With the clever use of two different curtain fabrics, diamonte black curtain fabric and diamonte taupe curtain fabric which had bonded interlining to help them hang correctly, hung with eyelet curtain rings on the same pole, and used in conjunction with black Venetian blinds a stunning window dressing enhanced the look of the windows and the room effortlessly.

Living Room

The team used a contemporary theme for this room. Using horizontal striped wallpaper the illusion lower the high ceiling to create a cosier and fresh look. Full length curtains were made with stunning Palazzo natural curtain fabric, while the Roman blinds were made using a complimentary Palazzo olive curtain fabric and a Roman blind cassette. To tie the room together matching cushions were made with the same two beautiful fabrics. The neutral colour scheme provided a stunning family living room.

The end result – 3 very different rooms with 3 stunning styles!
